Every shortlisted factory is verified through registration checks, capability reviews and, where required, an on-site audit. You receive the supporting documentation before committing to an order.
Minimum order quantities vary by product and factory. We negotiate the most practical MOQ for your specification and clearly confirm pricing implications before sampling.
A standard shortlist usually takes 7–14 business days after the brief is confirmed. Custom tooling, certifications or complex specifications may require additional time.
Our Full Orbit service coordinates export paperwork, freight and destination customs support through approved partners. Final importer obligations depend on the destination and product category.
We document the issue, compare it with the approved specification and work with the supplier on a practical remedy. Our records provide a clear evidence trail for replacement, credit or corrective action discussions.
Single services start from $490. Managed sourcing is typically 5–6% of order value, while end-to-end Full Orbit support is generally 6–8%, confirmed in a transparent proposal.
