Can I use just one service without the full package?

Absolutely. Many clients come to us for a single inspection or documentation service while managing other aspects themselves. Each service is available standalone, and we’ll scope it clearly.

Do you work with small businesses and startups?

Yes — some of our longest relationships started with a single 200-unit order. We help first-time importers through the whole process with extra support and guidance.

What's included in a pre-shipment inspection?

We inspect against your product specifications: dimensions, materials, finish, function, labelling, packaging, and quantity. We photograph defects, issue an AQL pass/fail grading, and deliver a full written report within 24 hours of inspection.

Can you help with Amazon FBA shipments?

Yes. We handle FBA labelling, carton marking, shipment plan coordination, and can arrange direct-to-Amazon-warehouse delivery from China.
